I tired taking pueraria mirifica for about 2 months. I cycled it as recommended, but I had to stop because of the side effects it gave me.  It made me really really sensitive/emotional, and I started getting anxiety and headaches out of nowhere. My reaction to it kinda makes me suspect I might be a bit low in progesterone, because I wasn't even taking a very high dosage, was probably only around 300-350 miligrams. If such a relatively small dosage would be enough to push me towards becoming estrogen dominant, wouldn't that suggest I'm possibly progesterone deficient? I definetly don't lack testosterone, that's for sure.

Pueraria has done nothing for my booty. Do you know how much was your friend's daily dosage? I started at 1000mg and then increased to 2000mg. I bought my pueraria off ebay.

Girl no!!! U don't consume it like dat...dat mean it will target the breast, have u rub it on ur butt?? Since it's estrogen effect, and mobutta use it for her growth oil and power full herb for women curve

mmm no I haven't rubbed on my butt... So am I supposed to mix mobutta with pueraria and rub it on my butt??

I started on 1000mg on September 20th and 6 days later they told me at Victoria Secret that I should buy a 32C bra (I was a 32B!). Then on October 20th I increased my dosage to 2000mg. No side effects, but no more growth. I started rubbing flaxseed oil on my breasts for only 5 minutes at night last Monday. Even though I was a 32C, I still fit on my 32B bras, except that my nipples would be out. But yesterday when I put the 32B bra on.......my breasts were jumping out of the bra! I think I may have to increase the dosage of pueraria...or maybe I should rub it in my breasts with the flaxseed oil.

Has anyone experienced DARKER NIPPLES when taking pueraria orally?
I have been taking pueraria for almost 2 months and I noticed that my areolas and nipples are darker.
