I used PM for about 3-6 mnts. I thought it did my body well. It helped aid in extra booty n boobies. I have higher levels of testosterone and it helped balance my hormones. It also helped clear my skin. Because I have severe asthma and allergies I had to stop taking it because it was aggrevating my asthma. But I would highly recommend it in conjunction to the cream. It helped fill out my back side.

I used ainterol pills and cream. I still did squats and butt exercises. I never did weight training or any hard core work out routine. I went from 38 inches (butt) to 41.5 inches :) not sure bout boobies becus that wasn't my focus. Pills n cream may cost bout $60 I ordered from amazon. I did lose an inch after I stopped using the pills. Good luck..

Hi, I'm new here, found this forum yesterday!
So, I have been taking pueraria since September 20th. Before that I was taking anise seed (I would buy the seed, boil them with a cup of water and then drink the warm "tea").
The anise seed made my breasts firmer and somewhat fuller but it didn't increase them.
When I started I was a 32B.
Six days after I started taking the PM, I went to Victoria's Secret to buy a bra and got measured first....they said I was a 32C! I was surprised how fast it worked but over a month has passed and I haven't increased anymore.
I thought that maybe it was because I stopped taking the anise seed two weeks after I started the PM, so I am taking it as well. Now I take 2000mg of PM daily, since October 20th. Yesterday I read about flaxseed oil on Emily Loretta's blog, and I massaged my breasts with it for 5 minutes. By the 4th minute, my breasts felt and looked fuller, firmer and slighter bigger.
I think I'll take PM for about 4 months and if I don't see any more growth, I might stop.
Oh, I started yesterday on maca as well, so maybe my testimonial on PM won't be reliable....

I'm REALLY hoping my PM does this for me! I've never had soft skin, and have had bad acne problems (that the Proactiv has fixed for the most part, but not completely). I've been using PM for almost 3 weeks now, just jumped up to the 1,000mg dose, and I'm already getting breast/hip tingles and my breasts are starting to swell a little. :) I can't wait to see my full results from this! I'm worried because with my other NBE routine, I always felt growing pains that reassured me, and I'm not feeling them with this yet. :/ But I guess the fact that I'm already responding with swelling means that it's definitely working. ^^;

massage the cream i also think about the puerira extract to the booty cuz it has estrogenic effect

Yea im going to try it!!... I was thinking about either get the power or the extract....hmmmm im going dind which is cheaper becuz puerira is powerful estrogenic in my mind i believe it will work
