| Basically ladies, PM is to only be
taken during the follicular phase for the sake of respecting the body's
natural hormonal rhythms and for the sake of maintaining hormonal
balance. To take such a strong phytoestrogen when estrogen is not
naturally due to rise is not wise. There are exceptions to where
someone can take PM in a different way: They could be in menopause, on a
progesterone birth control like the progesterone birth control pill or
the depo provera shot (I am on this right now), or even transgender.
Because the bodies in these states are not operating in their natural
function, they have room to take PM differently.But if you are a
pre-menopausal cisgender woman whose cycle is in no way altered by
birth control, please take PM in the safe way. |

k thanks. I'm on the mirena which is progestone only and I don't get a period with it so I figured when I'm ready to try pm I will take it daily and see how it goes

Anyone taking Pueraria Mirifica and appetite stimulant? I'm not sure if I should take any appetite stimulant with pueraria mirifica.

I did and didn't have any problems. I just bought more pm and will be restarting my cycle in 20 days or so. The chi massage was working: I haven't done it in a week and my breasts are still fuller.

becaureful with mirena I've seen warning comercials about...my closests friend has cancer and she use to be on mirena for a few years.. i really think that had something to do with it.. who knows really, jus be careful with bc..its not safe, at all..thats why i stopped depo..

Can someone please help me. I purchased PM-Nature Answers brand but realize it could be the wrong one. On the bottle it states 100mg but 1 capsule daily. By that rate I'll get no where. Have anyone tried took that brand and saw results? Or should I just increase the dosage Here is the link to the Nature's Answer site:
