I take PM everyday except on my period (some girls time of the month doesnt start while their on PM, mine does, so i just take it all month and stop the first day of my cycle for like 5 days.) never had any issues. I'll be the underdog and agree with #3, i think PM is just like any other health supplement and was meant to be taken everyday. Cycling it just keeps your body sensitive to PM, ensures your period will arrive on time, and can be used for birth control i guess :/ but my period has been on time since it started years ago, same day and everything lol, so i risk taking PM all month. Im aware you MAY achieve more growth by adding other phytoestrogens at the latter part of your cycle, but i prefer to be on as little herbs as possible!!!!!!

I have been on PM foooooor like 2-3 weeks? (based on whats left in the bottle) hubby says my hips look wider
:-))))))))))))))
i plan to be on it for at least a year and cleanse after i finish every bottle maybe. I'll keep everyone updated like always :)
Anyone been on PM longer than like 6 months????

When I used PM for two months, I only saw some results in the first week (when I increased a cup size) then my nipples turned much darker. Took over a month after I stopped taking pm for the darker color to fade.
The cup increase didn't fade though.

i accidentally took 2 PM pills, b/c i though i didnt take one..... wow. TMI ALERT it made my kitty all sore and kind of swollen? and i was horny as hell!!!!! SO freakin weird...... i have heard about transgender guys taking huge doses and they lose function of their lil guys and it kills sex drive. OMG SO WEIRD.... must do the opposite for females since we have a bunch of estrogen receptors on our ovaries and stuff
i def will not be taking more than the recommended dose ....

BWAHAHA!! Ain't no shame! 'Twas an accident with pleasurable effects!  Don't let it happen again though, I know your body was freaking out! But really though, in some women, PM has turned their nether regions into a running faucet.

I bought that brand from here amazon. I also read natrol is no good.
