I strongly disagree with that. The thing is PM is extremely potent, almost as strong as actual human estrogen. Two things can happen if you take other herbs with pm: - You will severely overload your body with estrogen which is a huge no-no. There is a reason why we exercise caution and take PM by a plan- because we want results while maintaining a balance in our hormones. PM by itself can overload the body with estrogen if taken with a dose that is too high or taken too long without a proper break and hormonal cleanse.
- The phytoestrogens in the herbs will actually fight with the PM and cancel each other out making both PM and other herbs less efficient and effective. Your estrogen receptors do not need to participate in a battle of which herb gets its estrogen absorbed. Then there's the matter of "leftover" estrogen.
Ladies, let me stress once again that PM is an extremely potent herb NOT to be taken lightly.
You can experiment with other herbs you can easily buy in stores because they are far less potent in phytoestrogens and take more time to give results. Why do you think PM gives strong results so fast? It is that powerful of an herb and I urge you all to take it responsibly.
Hormonal balance is vital, ladies! If you want to take any other herbs, let it be when you're not taking PM! I take PM during my follicular phase and stop for ovulation and then switch to Vitex/Chasteberry during my luteal phase to promote progesterone and hormone balance in my body. I would never recommend taking them together or any other herb at the same time as PM.

Should I use a progesterone cream since I'm using pm cream? I'm also taking maca.
Wow I didn't know ainterol cream had evening primrose oil, jojoba oil, acocado oil, shea butter AND pueraria mirifica in it. Hmm

Definitely use the progesterone cream after you ovulate. I actually think because you're just using creams you don't really need to have a cycle to follow, but I'm just recommending PM Cream = Follicular & Progesterone Cream = Luteal purely because it follows the body's natural hormonal rhythms. The hormones will be absorbed right into your breasts so your entire system won't be as heavily effected as it would if you took PM orally.

Oh ok. You are right. I will only be talking pm. I usually take maca too, but will i have to stop taking maca until i finish my bottle of pm? I've read many people taking pm while taking maca and idk if it will have the effects that you described.

Actually, maca is not a phytoestrogenic herb so you can take maca just fine while on PM. Okay, let me add that I do not recommend taking any phytoestrogenic herbs while taking PM! And aw shucks, Babygurl!

Honestly, if I were to recommend taking SP while PM is in your regimen, I would recommend it after your follicular phase- so in the luteal phase as a way to keep the estrogen elevated to keep the breast progress. Chiyomilk, the famous PM Japanese woman who went from a full A to a very full C/D did it that way. PM in her follicular phase, stop for ovulation, and then take Bust Up which was a compound supplement filled with phytoestrogenic herbs in her luteal phase to keep the growing going. So I recommend luteal phase. I just take PM and its strength very seriously; it's really not an herb you want to mess up on!

Where yor results permanent? I started it taking it ;last week and still see no results. Before takingf pm i took maca and also fenugreek (completed the fenugreek bottle and not buying it again) My boobs where fuller while takingmaca but now they wen t back down and im taking pm and havent seen a change yet.

Well, I found the article below and after reading it I checked my notes. The first time I took pueraria was 15 days before my period and in 6 days after I started taking 500mg, I was already fitting on a 32C bra, when I had been fitting only on a 32B.I stopped taking pueraria after two months, started again this month on my period and noticed no difference. http://mustgrowbust.com/2012/how-take-pueraria-mirifica"The 3 main ways to take PM.
"#1. The reason why people advocate the taking of Pueraria Mirifica
during the first 15 days of your cycle is that since the phytoestrogens
present in Pueraria Mirifica are to serve as additional estrogen in your
body, it makes sense to introduce the additional estrogen alongside the
body’s natural boost of human estrogen. Also, since it is progestin
that should be dominant in the second-half of your cycle – the Luteal
Phase – it makes no sense to interfere with that by introducing excess
estrogen.
#2. Still, others recommend that Pueraria Mirifica should be taken in
the latter half of the cycle, after ovulation and during the Luteal
Phase. The reasoning behind this is that introducing excess estrogen –
on top of what the body is naturally producing – can either overwhelm
the body’s estrogen receptors and be counterproductive OR that the extra
estrogen will be too much for the body to handle and worsen PMS and
menstrual cramps. These Luteal Phase advocates reason that since the
body’s production of estrogen decreases during the Luteal Phase, it
makes sense to supplement what is reduced with a potent phytoestrogen.
#.3 Still yet others recommend that Pueraria Mirifica can be taken
regularly, everyday, just as any other supplement. The basis of this
reasoning is that that was how it has been consumed by the Thai
population for over a century and it has had no adverse side effects. In
fact, Thailand has one of the lowest incidents of breast cancer in the
world. Advocates of month-long Pueraria Mirifica claim that the whole
argument between whether the Follicular Phase or the Luteal Phase is
best for Pueraria Mirifica is based on cycles that are meaningful for
contraceptives but inapplicable for Pueraria Mirifica.
So, there you have it. The 3 most popularly recommended ways of taking Pueraria Mirifica.
Our recommendation? Listen to your body, experiment, observe, and choose what works for you." From that I conclude that maybe it's best for me to start taking it 15 days before my period starts...and stop.
