ORS Mayo works wonderful.  I just started a regiment with this once a week for the last month and I have seen my hair get healthy.  I works wonders.

Yes, my mother is bi-racial and she has frizzy hair.  She uses ORS mayo almost every day and it worked wonders for her hair.  She also does a condition shampoo instead of a regular shampoo.  That helps as well.

I had a lot of breakage before I discovered the following Dominican hair products:  Capilo Silk Protein Shampoo; Alter Ego Garlic Hot Oil treatment and Una Bomba Leave in conditioner.

I wash my hair once a week with Capilo Silk Protein Shampoo, then I use ORS Mayo along with the Alter Ego Garlic Hot Oil Treatment, I then place a cap on for 35 minutes or more if your hair is extremely damaged.  I rinse and put the Una Bomba conditioner in before styling.

My favorite protein treatment products are Africa's Best Organics Hair Mayonnaise and UltraSheen's DuoTex Protein Conditioner. Whenever I use either of the two,  I don't have to worry about dryness afterwards like with ORS Mayo.

And, you can even apply a little bit of the Africa's Best Mayonnaise to weak, damaged areas or your ends (without rinsing out) on a daily basis as well.

Hey Marthy! Sorry, but the ORS Hair Mayonnaise is a rinse-out treatment only.

Has anyone heard about the ION protien treatment?  Also, how many times a month should you treat your hair with protien?

It is more of a light protein treatment...this is not considered a heavy protein treatment that will stop breakageWink

I would say atleast once a week. Some women do treatments less than that, but I think once a week is sufficient.Wink
