Hey Ladies,
I haven't been on for a while (busy at school) but I have gotten into making my own wigs for a while. But whenever I glue them, my cap always shrinks :(
 I used nylons caps, and stocking caps, but they shrink so bad, even when i put them on my head first. Is there anything I can try to keep that from happening. and also, are there any other patterns i can use when creating my wigs, so i can have lovely side bangs?

i put another wig on the wig head to make it bigger. i just put shower cap over the wig glue won't get on it. or you could get a canvas wig head. some people put a shower cap on their head, put on a wig cap and glue the tracks on so it fits their head perfectly.

I have a small head to so what I do is:
 
1) Measure my head. 
2) Cut elastic bands to the deminisions (minus an inch).
3) Glue the bands together.
4) Put the mold on a wig head.
5) Glue the stocking cap over the mold.
 
Doing it this way makes it where the band is keeping attached to your head. An added bonus is that when you go to put it on you know exactly which side is the front.
