I am taking Priteva Ultra Charge Hair Formula, after seeing several positive youtube reviews. The ingredients seem similar to Nioxin Intensive Therapy but has 5 mg of Biotin. Not sure if Nioxin has Biotin or not. I am taking 2 capsules a day. I can get really lazy with vitamins, and forget to take them so I need an accountability method  Feel Free to join me and help me stay committed  I received a bottle as a giveaway in a goodie bag at a natural hair event that I attended several months ago. That is how I first heard about them. I googled them and and they have a website and several youtube reviews. Priteva.com

Thankyou. I just want to be consistent. I can get pretty lazy sometimes when it comes to my hair and vitamins. I am loving what it is doing for my hair.

Ooo, i havnt heard of them b4. i like i like. i might just give it a try, ive been changing hair vitamins for a little over a yr to see what works best so ill defiantly give this a try

I used to take Nioxin. I think it does have biotin but a very minimal amount.
