Who's ready for June 12th? Embarrassed

Quote

Brazilian artist and graphic designer http://www.espnfc.com/blog/_/name/worldcupcentral/id/4593?cc=5901" rel="nofollow - Cristiano Siqueira pulled out all the stops when creating these incredible World Cup team posters for an ESPN campaign celebrating the tournament, which begins on June 12.

Each of these posters illustrates one of the 32 teams that will be heading to this year's World Cup and features their stars, as well team nicknames.

Have a look -- and if you aren't already excited for the mega event that's less than a month away... well then, GET EXCITED. These superhero-like images should do the trick.

I like Spain, but it would be nice if an African team won.
I am afraid violence might erupt if Brazil loses to another team.

...me too. Ivory Coast played El Salvador last week here in Dallas.

I hate that most AA don't follow soccer as much as they do football and basketball. My brother played and he was often times the only black guy on his team...until one of my Nigeria friends joined the team in HS.

Watching the first game right now, Brazil vs. Croatia..

My list of teams that I want to win there brackets are ; Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Brazil, Honduras....

Nigeria keeper is a beast but the defense lets me down so much.. the defense needs to get it together .

Ahhh!!! can't wait to go to Brasil for the final week and game!!!

Marcelo, Marcelo. I knew it wouldn't end that way but still, I wanted Brasil to keep a clean sheet.

To the person who asked(I'm too lazy to go back and look), Kaka and Robinho don't deserve a spot on the squad. Not how they've been performing.

I don't know what was up with Hulk today. He should have been subbed off after the first half. Willian should have came in also but Bernard was good.

Brasil is my first choice.
by marriage, my second choice is Italy.
Then France Portugal  Ivory Coast Netherlands Cameroon and U.S. not particularly in that order.

There's no port to root for Ghana. I highly doubt they're making it out of group stage.

Spain and Netherlands rematch from 2010 Finals is tomorrow Clap...dang Group G and Donovan was kicked out of the US team Cry

Posted By: ImThatDiva
Date Posted: Jun 12 2014 at 7:08pm
Donovan doesn't need to be on the team. He's just there. He's not adding anything to the team.

I pray Netherlands whips their ass.LOL

Neymar better stay on bed rest until the next game. That ankle better heal up fast.

sn: They should push the WC to the end of June. Not getting enough time to recover after league play is not the business. Imagine playing for league, super cups, country cup,and Uefa and then qualifying and friendlies right before the WC? Better to not be well rested for the league then to be injured for WC.

I want Netherlands to win.... the way Spain won in 2010 made me feel some type of way.... they shouldn't have won, and I was rooting for Spain!

I'm really expecting Cameroon to beat mexico ... Chicharito is selfish player that rarely passes the ball and hasn't done much for Mexico team and Gio dos Santos is more hype than anything . Cameroon has a decent squad and can pull a win

Not sure how I feel about this game so far...

First half Mexico dominated and had better possession of the ball. This half it seems like Cameroon is picking up the pace but they need to have better ball possession and win 1v1....I'm not feeling their defense at all

I only watch during the World Cup, so I don't know much about football but you can tell the difference in levels right away with this match. I think Italy might have a slight edge.
