God I miss 90s sitcoms. Fresh Prince, Parent Hood, etc. They didn't have to try the shows were relatable yet funny. Now shows just try.....so hard to be funny. *sigh* If I watched it would only be to watch Lawrence and Tracy....Anthony go too serious so his "funny" doesn't seem genuine anymore and the kids are annoying.

| I don't like the name. Not too keen on the concept either. I think some of the episodes would be repetitive. I just watched the trailer on youtube and feel like I've seen the whole season. I didn't find it funny either. Then again, I don't find many of the comedies showing on tv these days funny. :/ |

Interesting. a couple positives: • nice to see something a little more positive and not RHOA ratchet • Its cool that its on ABC • Tyler Perry doesn't appear to be involved Will it be funny? I don't know but I wasn't digging the Game like that either but I like that show a lot now.

Seems like tumblr wrote the spec for this. A lighthearted comedy where a charismatic cast of non-threatening black people ponder what it means to be black in a supposed post-racial America. I see the subtext all around this. I'll watch. I love the leads. |
