Lowest desire to move Portland…   I want to move to Silicon Forest.
I wish I could move… however, we have responsibilities meh… MIL and FIL…

“Computer components manufacturer Intel is the Portland area's largest employer, providing jobs for more than 15,000 people, with several campuses to the west of central Portland in the city of Hillsboro.[74] The metro area is home to more than 1,200 technology companies.[74] This high density of technology companies has led to the nickname Silicon Forest being used to describe the Portland area, a reference to the abundance of trees in the region and to the Silicon Valley region in Northern California. The Silicon Forest is home to facilities for hardware makers such as Tektronix, TriQuint Semiconductor, Lattice Semiconductor, Siltronic, ON Semiconductor, WaferTech, LaCie, Genentech, FLIR Systems, Astronics Max-Viz and others. The area also hosts facilities for software companies such as McAfee, Mentor Graphics, Jive Software, Extensis and Autodesk. Online startup companies, some supported by local seed funding organizations and business incubators,[88] include Simple, COLOURlovers, Urban Airship and many others.”

It's too hot in Cali...

Is Texas really overrated? Everytime I hear of somebody talking about "trying to do better and make it", they always run to Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta(yet they still calling and asking to borrow money every damn week).

I would have thought Cali would have had the lowest desire to move, people are always talking about how great it is.

I came to AZ not long ago, why do people not like it? It's plenty of jobs here. It's not as hot as people think it is , it's really not.

But, I'd like to move around for fun..but I'd say I'm content and feel no immediate need. I just want live in a bunch of different states for 2 months at a time

No offense to the Texans, but I have no desire to move there.
If and/or when I decide to move it will be out of the U.S,   maybe to some place exotic

Az politics turnt me off moving there. I know crappy politics exist every where, but most of those publicized from AZ rubbed me the wrong way.

Are you a native? They usually aren't fazed by the weather because they're used to it.

I mean, Arizona IS a beautiful place, with gorgeous mountains and other scenery. Just the dumb as fucc conservatives, the crazies you run into often, and the extreme heat makes it ugly.

There's some good Indian restarants, like India Oven in Chandler, all you can eat, if you're into foreign foods. We go there all the time. Nice service and its cheap. Smile

lol, for the most part, its a clean, quiet, mixed neighborhood. Everything is close by: stores , post office, parks, schools, etc. and its kept up really good, but I've been here so long I'm itching to move. If Hawaii wasn't so fuccin expensive I'd go there like yesterday. LOL

Gurl, its 7:30 & 93 degrees. I'm so not looking forward to this summer or a high electric bill. As much sun we get here you'd think we'd be running on solar power but nope. Sleepy
