There are so many mascaras to choose from. What are your favorite mascaras (drug store or department store brands)?

I know there are different kinds as well. How do you go about choosing the best one for length, volume, etc. I don't know what mascara I need, but I want one that will give me a dramatic look (a look like I have on false lashes).

Right now I'm on Estee Lauder Sumptuous Voluminous something or other. For mascara I don't really stray from EL.

Me too girl.
That's why I just stick with what my mother introduced me to back in my teens.
The applicator does make the world of difference though, but i'm inclined to believe that the formula doesn't change much.

Benefit's they're real, nothing give me the same amount of length and volume. Buy the small sample size though because it dries out fast.

What's a great product to grow lashes longer?
There are lots on the market and I get overwhelmed.
I'm sure it's mentioned in a thread on here somewhere.

I agree. I believe it's mostly all in the brush and the manner you apply it yourself.

FOR some reason Covergirl's lash blast (doesn't matter which large tube) that brush just does not work on my lashes for some reason...i don't see what a lot of folks see with that brand

as for the brushes...i hate those hard plastic brushes...they don't apply the product correctly on my lashes...give me the good old fashion brush any day...

MAX FACT0R STARTED THAT HARD PLASTIC BRUSH FOR MASCARA'S...
