Try a flavored water enhancer. I used the water enhancer below and it helped me drink 1.25 gallons of water this week. It tastes like Kool Aid and comes in multiple flavors. It has zero calories and zero carbs. A small amount of it flavors a lot of water.

Thank you, I've been looking for a tasty water flavoring!

This looks promising. :D I tried that powdered Fresca packet and it was so disgustingly chalky. In fact, powdered diet sweeteners tend to taste awful!

Most of those have aspartame or some other artificial sweetener.. which in the long run is probably more harmful to your health than not drinking water. I learned to leave those alone once I realized they all have artificial sweeteners.

I get that it makes water more enjoyable but given the ingredients, doesn't it kinda defeat the purpose of drinking water for health?

I'll stick with sodas, teas, and fruity drinks, thanks...

They could be used to step down to clear water by adding less and less each day. I can see the benefit if they are used correctly.

1.25 gallons total this week?  Or each day this week?

I think this is a good idea to transition into being a water drinker. Start with flavoring all ur glasses. Then gradually reduce the ounces that r flavored. Week one, all 8. Week 2 all 7, one clear. Just gulp it down, one glass isn't alot. Week 3 all 6, 2 clear and so on.

If u don't like the flavored thing she posted (which might taste great, and if ur only using it for a few months u should b fine, of not, I don't know), u can use fruit juice. I used cranberry juice, not cocktail. Sometimes of use grape. Sometimes I'd squeeze lemon (lemons r super cheap in Mexican markets. Plus one lemon if cut and stored right lasts a good time.)

For anyone who cares.

Thanks, but no thanks; I'd rather force myself to drink water (I drink 3 cups a day - if that) rather than take something with mysterious ingredients.

Yes, total this week.

Before I would drink a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi per day and maybe 2 glasses of water per week.

Glad this is helping you OP. and thanks for sharing this tip. Didn't mean to sound like your tip wasn't helpful.  Once you start forcing yourself to drink water w/o the extra stuff you'll notice that you'll actually start craving it and want to drink water.

This product is really good, even if you add just one drop and shake.  IT does give water a better taste.
