Breakfast : Banana Bread Belvita, Boost (Vanilla) &  Banana.
Lunch : 1/2 rack Baja Chilli Salad from Wendys
Dinner: Baked Chicken, Carrots & String Beans

all i kept eating today was special k oats and honey cereal and half a turkey sub from jimmy johns. i don't know how i've became so obsessed with special k all of a sudden. i finish a box every 3-5 days.

still don't know what i want for lunch or dinner. i might start cooking some of this brown jasmine rice i bought because it says it needs to cook for 55minutes and hopefully ill figure out what i want by then lol

I remember eating that.  For me, it was the sugar that made me polish a box at the same rate as you are.

I am really lazy when it comes to being creative in the kitchen.

Breakfast: bread with butter without salt, milk
Lunch: pasta
Dinner: pasta with ground beef, broccoli and homemade garlic bread (on a mini baguette).

Today I had to study for a quiz, and then I got home and realized that I didn't go grocery shopping so I settled for a small dinner:

breakfast: orange/strawberry fresh made juice and bacon
lunch: pasta with meat sauce
dinner: two grilled cheeses and orange homemade juice

1 Sushi roll (Avocado, Carrots, Cucumber & Brown Rice) 154 cal
Lg mug of Green Tea.

Both were homemade. Unable to determine cal count of Egg Roll since the filling was prepared before I decided to keep a calorie log.

Keeping up with water intake.

Will probably have 1-oz Cheddar for snack later.

Most likely did not quite meet 1200 cals today, but also will prefer not to exceed it. Tomorrow is another day

made a package of cream of wheat because it was on sale in the grocery store and i wanted to know if i liked it now that i'm an adult lol. but only ate half.

i have like, noo groceries left anymore so who knows what i'm going to have for lunch lol.

Breakfast
1 serving Fried Rice 163 cals
1 Egg over easy 101 cals

Total cal=264 cals

When I can eat Meats again I will not buy anymore Nuts or Cheese. Too many calories and not very satisfying.

Didn't actually have any meals today (technically yesterday now)

Pineapples for breakfast
Garlic & Herbs spread on crackers for lunch
More pineapples but also some mangoes for dinner I guess
I also had a chocolate & peanut butter cookie, it wasn't even all that. I knew I should've resisted lol


I'm gonna eat actual meals tomorrow

So far, two pieces of toast and a green juice (I'm really in to these at the moment). My favorite is made with coconut water, banana, spinach, lime juice and some seeds.

Skipped Breakfast'

Lunch... My usual Salad with fixings and Pork Chop.

Entered into Fatsecret, and this was the result

NC 5.31 gm; Fat 51.4 gm; Prot 32 gm

CHO 6%; Fat 73%; Prot 21%

Cal..633    49%

This is a close approx. since I cooked the meat in Oil and butter but cannot account for it now since I did not measure it when it was prepared.

Protein ....58.0 gms       22%

RDI 88% based on a 1300 cal diet
