...comfort food?

Basically that meal that puts a warm fuzzy feeling in your tummy when you smell it. The food that reminds you of home the moment it hits your taste buds?

Mine:
Johnny Cakes
Cod Fish & Funji (sp?)
Pastelòn

I needed a little piece of home in this wintry mess, so I whipped up some Johnny cakes real quick...the dough is resting on the counter right now.

What good carbs do you eat. I want to try whole grain bread, but not sure if I would like it. I have one serving of a bad carb a week, typically rice.
