I wish Black people knew that not every negro was a part of the past civil rights movements. Just like not every Black woman is shaking her behind on the damn train.

The 50th anniversary of MLK's speech has been an excuse for racists and Black folk who don't know any better to throw extra shade at Blacks in America smh.

They have a new picture like this every 6 months.
I'm tired of it.
It's always the ashiest of ashy dick niccas who be makin and praising pictures like these. The same ones trolling through youtube and homegrownfreaks for twerk videos. The same ones handclapping Miley Cyrus.

So basically, take two extreme opposites both different in time and lifestyle and portray them as all black women to make them feel like sh*t.

I really don't like people who make and preach this sh*t. They try to say they're helping us while saying the most misogynistic crap.

both of these, but to point out the flaws in that logic would (apparently) make us as black women unsupportive of our men and/or the black community.

Lies, my father loved his mother , loved his wife, and loved my sisters and I fiercely and so did his father before and his father before Him.
Never fell into the negros ain't ish narrative .
I am loved and have love for black men for the most part.

Not gonna fall into the generalization that black women or black men ain't ish.
And yes I stand for them bc I have experienced them standing for me.

Don't know the lives y'all living though but I'm speaking for me

But the thing is....that ain't new.

Black people have always been the ones who do the "nasty women" dances first. Then white people would steal them and start doing them. Then all of a sudden it's not nasty anymore cause white people do it now.

This have been going on for decades. White flappers were seen as slutty back in the 20s because they did the dances that they saw done at black clubs. I can only I imagine the amount of self-righteous negros who turned their nose up at these nasty youngins who dare to shake their hips in the 1910s and 20s. The dances they did those old clubs were not some wholesome hand in hand three feet apart mess that people like to fantasize about.

I was shocked at how flippant these old women are when it comes to screwing the next woman's husband.

Oh really? You know these women personally? Females? So you have decided to use the same disrespectful misogynistic language that men use in order to describe these women simply based on a photo?

Seems to me like we need to learn how not to make snap judgement about our own before we expect others to do the same. This kind of thing has proved to be dangerous time and time again.

what kills me about these "black women bad" meme's is that dudes be co-signin' fast like they ain't got back child support, living in the basement writing their name on the orange juice n'sh*t.  Both sides have issues that stems from societal and institutionalized racism, hatred and double standards.   smh.

That doesnt make it a meh IMO. Sorry, wasnt nobody skinning out their vaginas and wining up like wild hogs in a heap in the club back in the day. Aint nobody gonna make me believe that.
I'm not even making any comparisons to white people. We know they nasty. I dont care about them. I just wish alot more women would respect themselves enough not behave a certain way.
