I told my roommate don't even call me when he comes on because every time I've seen him perform live it's like he just can't hit the notes that are on the studio version like i understand it won't sound the same but it wasn't even close. Is that some sort of dyslexia for singers?

Indeed. Especially as a Black man in a hyper'masculine' genre like hop hop/R&B.

CB and his white suit would have looked salty regardless tbh. He was front row to watch a man he tried to beat down a few weeks ago win a grammy.

FO has "studio artist" syndrome. IMO even on his songs that come on the radio, some of the notes he hits are questionable at best. But if someone always sounds hurt when performing live, but "pitch perfect" (to quote miss Tamar) on their recorded album, it's safe to say that Pro Tools and auto tune (not used in the obnoxious way) are their best friend.

Not standing up for Frank makes him the worst guy ever?Confused Ok Chris is a douche, but that one isolated incident does not make Chris worst guy ever, that's some bullsh*t. I'm guessing some people see his action as "immature" because he should've stood. But that's his choice, he doesn't have to fake like he gives a fxck that Frank won. He's not harming anyone by simply not standing. If anything TMZ and 'em are the ones who need to grow up, worrying about whether or not Chris stands. Who's to decide what he did was so bad? Does the Bible say thou must stand and applaud thy enemy? It's just a matter of opinion of what "should" be done in that scenario. I'm sure there are people who think Chris is a childish wimp for not duking it out with Frank at the Grammy's afterparty. IMO, Chris took the best course of action by clapping and making sure not to frown or roll his eyes or whatever. This thread didn't really need a long response like this but whatever this annoyed me lol

i think white ppl really were horrified by what he did and tbh, they were more horrified and spoke out against his actions more than black people, including black celebrities...it's like blk ppl were afraid to vilify him unless it was rooted in a joke...that moment in pop culture was a huge reflection on the black community as a whole.

do i think white ppl are dragging things out and super ODing on everything he does? yes...but to be real, he never tried to "win" anyone back.  he shot videos shortly after the incident, had the GMA incident, and has said a lot of really stupid things which makes him an easy target.  it is annoying that charlie sheen is idolized though.

I think Charlie Sheen has a better PR machine behind him. Because both men are equally ridiculous in my book, but CS continues to make his millions with minimal pushback and is even the face of Fiat, while CB can't make an omelet without TMZ stretching it into something bad.

his father is equally nutty. Martin Sheen really took his role on The West Wing a bit toooooo seriously.
