I WARNED my friend not to order from his company...but she got screwed too. The sent HER a different color AND texture than what she requested.

This shouldn't be so complicated! It's a stock wig. Just happy she didn't do Western Union like they requested.

I'm not at my computer atm, but I believe that according to Jacksun's return policy, a wig can be returned in a certain amt of time, as long as it hasn't been altered.

Thanks for letting me know.
I think she's going to work with it. She doesn't want to deal with them again. She asked for a light yaki #2 and received a full on yaki #1b with crimps in it.
They actually sent a picture of a yaki 1b unit and asked if it was too yaki. She said it was way too yaki and she asked again if they could just please send her the light yaki in #2.  They agreed but looks like they ignored her and sent the crimpy yaki anyway Confused
It even has a 1b tag on it.

This is the picture she sent me. Looks VERY Yaki

I will always take the gamble with CV's but like everyone else I will try my best to make sure the order is 'right' before its sent. Some CV's are good but some just can't get it right despite sending pictures or responding to emails.

was going to try aliexpress bit I figured is be taking the same gamble. I went to a beauty supply hear yesterday just to check out their lacefront and Flw..and those were the highest pricest matted up mess I had ever seen. I feel like these vendors just laugh at us. We give our money and just have to pray that we won't get screwed over.

Enoya Lace Wigs is a CV, and they're great with service and quality. Yes, they asked me to do a review for them, but I wouldn't lie to anyone about it (before I even did a review, people wanted to know who my CV was and it's always been them). They have an aliexpress store. But you can also order from them through e-mail and get $15 off when you mention "YouTube"Smile

Here's my review on them in case you haven't checked it out (More info in the info tab)

And I'm sorry if I sound like a spokesperson! But since they sent me a free wig, I feel its only fair to tell as many people about them as possible (especially since they ARE a good company).Embarrassed

From Enoya? Yes. I've ordered from them for a long while before I did a review for them. I also ordered (paid with "my own money") a custom recently that I'll be getting within 2 weeks.Smile

I did ok with Jacksun.. but that was a while ago; from what I hear, afraid to try him again.  The hair wasn't all that great.. but at least I got what I asked for.

I just received a custom from Enoya; Bruce was really easy to work with.  They gave me EXACTLY what I asked for!  (rare these days; esp. for me and my thick @$$ density requests LOL).  I'll report back in a month or so how it holds up for me.

Yeah, I ordered custom from him back in the day. It was fine. Not sure what's going on with his company now.

My friend just 'big chopped' so she really needed a wig fast. They mailed out the package after pickup time so she was desperate. She just needs to get those crimps out of the hair and it should be OK...hopefully Confused

So, they said the crimps would come out after a few washes. Is this true???
Friend wants to buy straightener but if the crimps will eventually soften she wont bother...

Isn't the vendor Enoya affiliated with Kevin Yan (freedeelee), the email address associated with this vendor is definitely Kevin's.....

I don't think so. What's Kevin's e-mail? Isn't it yahoo-based?

I don't think that's true. He's probably just trying to keep the money.

Yes, I emailed Kevin a bit ago for a price list, and he referred to the Enoya site.  The only reason I've been holding back is because of my funky employment situation, but things are looking  up in 2013! Smile

Yes, I searched my emails and the email addressed used on the Enoya website, is the same as the email address used by Kevin Yan aka Freedeelee, which is mailto:remyhairhere@gmail.com - remyhairhere@gmail.com.  Just wanted to make sure members knew who they were dealing with.....

As with many of the vendors Kevin has multiple emails, one of which is mailto:freedelee@yahoo.com - freedelee@yahoo.com, however mailto:remyhairhere@gmail.com - remyhairhere@gmail.com is also his email address...

That's not exactly the e-mail I know from Enoya (naturallacewigsinstock@gmail.com), but I will ask them about it.

I order from Jacksun once a year , usually around this time of year. I am about to order soon, actually.. a 14" Brazilian wave stock unit. Anyway, my other two purchases were customs and I didn't have any issues. My 1B did seem a bit lighter than I expected for the second purchase, but it wasn't major at all. I think the problem in your friend's situation is just the fact that they ignored her request after she saw the picture. I highly doubt the crimps will come out of your friend's wig after some washes. My two units are Italian Yaki units & I wash them. Neither of them lose their crimps [they actually crimp up more with water] unless I put heat to them.. even then, they still have an African-American texture [I love my units, so I am not complaining when I say that!]. I think if she just wants to work w/ it, she'll have to get a hair straightener. It doesn't take long to run it through. I hate to see her having to settle, but if she needs something quick, there's really no other option.. unless she wanted to run to the local BSS & get something temporary while working w/ Jacksun for a return or exchange.
