Isis, Bring it On

TJ Henderson, Smart Guy

Will Smith, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Claire Huxtable is a good one. I also like Sondra's husband, he was annoying but fun to laugh at.

Uhura, Star Trek

Olivia Pope, Scandal

I've been meaning to watch Misfits, but I saw a clip of this guy talking about the triple and was grossed out.

Actually Dwayne Johnson played The Rock on television. His father Wade Bowles played Rocky Johnson on television.

WWF was a scripted TV show.

Uh, no it's not.

Wrestling is scripted. There are writers who write dialogue. There are creative people who come up with plots and characters. There are people who design costumes and sets. There is an audience that (in the case of WCW's Saturday Night Wrestling) are told when to cheer and when to relax.

Wrestling is every bit a television series as a sitcom. It's pretty much a sports based soap opera.

And Dwayne Johnson played a character called The Rock. Just like Mic Foley, a best selling author, played a character called Mankind that was a supposed psychotic animal.

The real person

The fictional character

yes, wrestling is entirely scripted...hence the Rock going from Rocky Maivia to The Rock as if nothing happened.

Penny Proud, The Proud Family
I disliked her friends on the show though.

Random, I know how wrestling works.....Midwest and I both said The Rock. Dwayne is an actor, like Eddie Murphy, and he has played many characters. I posted a pic of Will Smith playing a fictionalized version of himself on Fresh Prince. His name on the show is also his name irl. I did not post this Will Smith

............You didn't post a pic of The Rock....MM did tho

I'll go ahead and assume the Cleveland Show sucks. Seth MacFarlane hasn't made anything good since Family Guy came back years ago. Tyler Perry sucks and The Game got on my nerves with Med School and Dee Nuts, Ding Dong or whatever the fck his name is' relationship.  It was so fcking stupid. Now if they made it into the Tasha Mac show, I'd watch it.Approve

Fan fact, Phil LaMarr (also seen on the good era of MadTV). Does the voices for both Static and Green Lantern John Stewart (in both Justice League and Static Shock cartoons)

He was also in the train scene from Spider-Man 2 and the guy that got his head blown off by John Travolta in Pulp Fiction (google reminded me that) Anyway, Green Lantern John Stewart wasn't always just in every Justice League episode of Static Shock just because he was black but because the same voice actor did his voice and the show's star's voice.

Fan fact for you Mixer, the guy who plays him (Phil Morris) also did the voice of Vandal Savage in Justice League and Justice League Doom.

Uh yes, mr. unkillable, Vandal Savage. I haven't watched Smallville in forever and I'm behind on DC Animated movies though. They need to hurry up and come out with a Flash movie.Angry

Mixer *shush* I edited my post 5 mins ago when I realised I put the Green Lantern as a Marvel character...Cry lawd I need to lie down.

Even though they were both black (and I love black love), I never thought Vixen and John were meant for eachother. Hawkgirl and John ftw!LOL
I would have have after you if you called GL a Marvel character.LOL

And yeah, I agree with you.
I know *hangs head in shame* and I would have so deserved it LOL

On that note I guess I should post their son...half human, half thanagarian= exotical black with wings Cool

Ah yes, I remember him. He was in a couple of Batman Beyond and Justice League episodes. They had old man Static Shock on the same team as him in the JL ones and Phil LaMarr of course voiced Static and GL in them.

She's much darker than him.  Her mom was probably Black, that's why they never showed her lol.

A Flash live-action movie would be awesome as long as it isn't another GL.Ouch I know it's Marvel but there's a couple of new X-Men movies coming out in 2014 I think (?) and maybe a Justice League movie (DC I know...but if this comes out I will be stepping over people to watch it firstLOL)
Just don't step on me.LOL

They are coming out with a Wolverine movie based on the old Chris Claremont/Frank Miller story where he goes to Japan and the next X-Men movie will be based on Days Of The Future Past. Both Ian McKellen (Magneto actor that's also Gandalf in the LOTR movies and The Hobbit) and the Star Trek guy that played Professor X have both been confirmed to be in it.
