I went to my local mac store a few days ago to pick up a couple lipsticks and exchange a foundation (nc45 is too light nc50 is too dark..any suggestions ?) so I'm buying my stuff and I ask if she could do my makeup (I'm trying to get the perfect skin look) & she says you have to spend $50 bucks or there not allowed to do it
? Is that a new policy and can they do that ? I was in soho a few weeks ago and the girl
ddid my makeup without mentioning that (I did spend $80bucks though)

It took me a long time, not to judge myself through the eyes of others...

It's been that way for a long time...

Do you mean just match ur foundation? That should be free

If you want a full face, then you have to spend at least 50.

yeah its not new.

but more so i think that you didn't ask for what you needed the correct way.

you should have asked for help in choosing the right foundation.

but when you asked her to do your makeup-- she probably thought you wanted the whole nine yards--which requires a purchase.. (and for good reason)
