Girl it's funny how many "glams" are out there.........glamdoll, glam hair studio, glam goddess beauty....
They have the same exact website colors as glamdoll/Jadore, sold the same hair....... claimed glamdoll stole Russian vendor info from glamgoddess...........someone else trying to get Russian hair that's been selling hair and according to their contact info from they're ALL from the same area............
 
I'm not saying they're connected in some sly way but some hinky ish has been coming out of Houston lately. Sleepy

Was gonna take the plunge and try the hair since the price is reasonable but the initial website issues and wait time made me nervous, even with that I was gonna try a bundle anyway but they were out of the length I wanted and I don't waste money on buying lenghts I'm gonna end up cutting off, so I took that as a sign...

It is too good to be true. I ordered the hair on Oct 2 and got it 2 days ago. I AM HORRIFIED......ok, let me breathe.....read below the email I sent to Glam Goddess's Stacy today.....waiting for her reply. I'm trying very hard to keep my composure and not blow my rooftop. Check out the pics....

Hello Stacey-
I received the order of Cambodian hair 2 days ago. Both packs looked very pretty, I ran my fingers through the hair--it was soft, yet my fingers kept tangling through the hair. I thought nothing of it until I cut the ribbon and tried to unroll the hair. It wouldn't separate and kept getting tangled and matted together. I finally succeeded in combing it through and getting it separated. At this point I am horrified but trying to remain hopeful. I proceed to try to bleach the hair, as I do with all my hair. Never in my life have I seen hair act this way. It became more matted, shedding and would not untangle. At this point I am horrified. I've waited 5 long weeks to get this? I cant believe it. This cannot possibly be human hair. Only the pictures can tell the story. I took as many pictures as I can... I did not open the second pack and would like to return it for a refund. I cant put this hair on head not even for one 1 day. Please let me know what I need to do to return this pack I have to you. I dont know what your refund policy is but please let me know. I was looking forward to this hair but I am sorely disappointed...correction, I am horrified.

hi joy, im going to keep it 100 with you... why would you bleach hair that was giving you trouble from the start? Most companies will not give you your money back after you shampoo the hair and certainly not after you dye/bleach/color. in the future contact the company as soon as you recognize an issue.

You're right. I shouldn't have even bleached the hair, but  I was just being hopeful.....She was very quick to respond. I am trying to remain courteous in responding to her but I dont know how to react to this email she sent....
Here goes the email.......
First and foremost, I'm going to ask you to please calm down. Whatever is wrong can be fixed. That's what I am here for; I will stick with you throughout this process - I promise you that. I know that you stated you didn't do anything with the second bundle of hair. Can you do me a favor and attempt to bleach that bundle and let me know how it acts? I am trying to determine if you just happened to get that one bad bundle or what - unfortunately that does happen with hair and we don't know about it until someone attempts to put in usage on it. It looks as if the hair was dry, so that could possibly have something to do with it. We wash the hair before sending it out but I'm sure it loses moisture during the packaging/shipping process. You requested medium coarse hair so you received coarser bundles and I'm almost positive that with the hair being dry and adding the chemicals to it, that had some hand in the finish product you were left with. The bundle that you've already bleached, there may be no saving it, which is okay. But I would like for you to try something for me. The second bundle that you haven't touched, could you give the hair a good condition and add moisture to it and then attempt to dye it and let me know if it does the same thing. I am understanding full well that you are attempting to manipulate the hair and am giving you permission to try with the other bundle to let me know if you receive different results. Whatever the outcome, this is at no risk to you. I am just curious to see what exactly the overall problem might be and if it's just that one bundle or what. Can you please report your discoveries back to me and we can go from there.

with my coarse hair i always do a deep condition on it prior to bleaching or coloring. can u tell us what level of developer you used?

OMG I was going to keep quiet on here until I knew for sure what I was dealing with but in light of this news I will speak up as well...I got my bundles today and I do not like them either. They are dry, they feel gritty like they were dried with conditioner or some sort of product in it, and I can not run my fingers through it at all. It is tangling BADLY! I will be returning all of it!
 
It does not look anything like the original pics posted on her FB page that made me want to buy her hair to begin with. This hair looks like some Aliexpress body wave. It bares absolutely no resemblence to any of my Arj.uni hair low or medium luster. AngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngry

I have major issues as well but decided I'm keeping 2 out 4 bundles and returning the rest. I have let the owner know my displeasure when receiving my bundles and hopefully she can rectify the issues that people are having.

Why should you waste any more of your products, money or time to experiment on her behalf???  And still have to wait for replacement hair and/or a refund???  GTFOH  Dead

I had an issue with my bundles as well. As many of you stated, the hair came with a residue on it... like maybe all of the conditioner wasn't washed out of it completely before packaging. It was also sort of hard to unravel it as it did tangle (since it probably was not dried completely). However, that's not a show stopper for me... my bundles are beautiful. I'm going to wash and deep condition the heck out the hair before I do anything to it though. Which is what I always do.

I ordered one 18-20 bundle and two 20-22 inch bundles. Unfortunately, both my 20-22 inch bundles barely measured 19 inch. When I emailed her, she was very nice and understanding about it. I didn't feel like waiting another 4-6 weeks on two replacement bundles so she refunded me the difference immediately. Like within 15 minutes of our email.

Even though I really wanted the longer lengths, I'm not mad about it. My bundles are gorgeous, even before washing.

When I emailed her, she also mentioned the fact that I'm not the only one having an issue with the longer lengths. FYI. I even sent her pictures of me measuring my bundles so she could see that it wasn't right.

Oh no...I haven't received my hair yet but now I am worried. I can't afford to be sending some hair back. If it isn't right I'll trash it. I waited too long for this anyway.

Also after reading her FB post I think it would do her some good to take a course on business writing. We are not friends or even associates.  You do not tell a customer to calm down in an email.

I also weighed my bundles. They all measured 4 oz. I was worried at first because the bundle on the far right seemed sort of light compared to the others.

Two of them were much shorter than they should've been so she refunded me the difference. So basically it's like I got 3 bundles of 18-20 inch.

I do agree, it does look like some body wave from a CV. On FB she said she rolled it like that for packaging and that it will look different after washing... let's hope so. The texture is what I love though. I should've taken a close-up picture. I asked for medium coarse.

Oh no I'm so sorry it didn't turn out right.  My bundles are just like my Arjuju but it seems like there is a lot of hit or miss.  You waited so long for the hair and I am disappointed with you.

Now I'm annoyed because i was not going to anything with this hair until Feb. I put the boxes inside my draw did not even measure. steups!

It is Aliexpress hair.
That is why she was able to have such a great "sale".
If she's selling say 20 inch bundles for $80 (can't remember the exact sale prices)....................she paid far less for it. She is going to make a PROFIT right?, so include in that price how much it cost to purchase the hair, have it shipped, have it hackled and wefted if it wasn't already wefted when she received it. So IMHO it probably cost her maybe $20-$30 per bundle.
It is not Cambodian, Russian, Malaysian origin hair. IT IS A LOW QUALITY CHINESE OR INDIAN MOST LIKELY WITH AN ANIMAL BLEND. It is a lower quality Chinese than Jace's hair.
The wait is long because YOU pay for the hair before she orders it from her supplier and then her SUPPLIER has to order the haiir from their Chinese supplier.
 
Contrary to what some believe a picture speaks a thousand words and some of us did not need to BUY and HANDLE the hair in order to tell what she was selling.

Here was my response:

I hope you understand how upsetting this is for me. I've wasted my time, money, and bleach on this hair and do not want to spend any more of my time or energy dealing with it. I can send it back and maybe you can run the experiment on it. At this point I am in a crisis situation as I have to attend a wedding this weekend and have no hair. My priority right now is to get a refund and figure out how I'm going to get hair by Saturday.

Can you please report your discoveries back to me and we can go from there.

Girl she always comes up with some BS excuse about what happens to her hair during transit. We called her on it in another thread and she got defensive.
 
Is she willing to take back the bleached bundle too since she's willing to refund the second bundle if you bleach it FOR HER?
 
My advice would be to not bleach the second bundle and return it for a full refund since she's willing to do that and recoup at least some of your money now before her other customers begin to return their bundles for refunds too.

It's not our fault for selling subpar hair............it's the WEFTERS fault. Oh and the Post Offices fault for drying it out and touseling during transit. LOL
 
Did she say she was washing the hair once it's back from wefting with the RUBBERBANDS STEEEEELLLL ON THEM? LOL 
 
She's not inspecting this ish or properly washing and deep conditioning like we said in the other thread.

Girl once she agrees to a refund RUN to the Post Office, GET A TRACKING NUMBER and send that ish back to her!
 For her to post such a lengthy and detailed explanation as to why her hair is so effed up probably means she's not getting a FEW COMPLAINTS. SHE MUST BE GETTING SLAMMED WITH TONS OF THEM!
 
Get your refund before she starts offering" replacement bundles" that'll take another 6 weeks to 6 months because of all the returns she'll have to replace.

IMHO don't do it.
 Some of the hair looks tangle in the pics, it is processed and with some of the hair they say that it is made with single drawn hair which means the hair will be uneven on the wefts themselves because of the different lengths. At $50 an ounce that is not a bargain.

I think customers would be more accepting of that explanation/apology IF she hadn't
come on here, slammed other AVs & acted like she gives 250% so theres no way
that there could ever be any problems with her company.

Its that self righteous attitude I saw in a previous thread (& having just purchased hair from
another AV) that in the end left me feeling a bit off about GG even though the hair was beautiful.
