I know I replied earlier but since then I made some changes.  To date I take a liquid Vitamin B complex blend and that stuff really helps with my energy levels and to a lesser extent my skin is slowly improving.  I also take a Vitamin D pill to strengthen my immune system and help with maintaining bone density.  The latter maybe futile for me since I am nearing the age where bone density is pretty much a done deal.

I take Walgreens One Daily For Women multivitamin with more vitamin D than the nutrional brand & supports bone and breast health.

I take Natures Way Maximum Strength MEGA 3/6/9*OMEGA BLEND
Fish/Flax/Borage/Olive Oils (Fully Balanced) in Lime Flavor  this blend comes in soft-gel and boosts your memory, reduces coronary/heart diease, essential fatty acids for healthy skin, joints, hormonal balance & cardiovascular function. It's an overall winner, it suggests you take 3per day so far I've been doing just that.

I'm PROUD that I thought to incorporate this regime within My Life as I already eat a pretty healthy diet including tomatoes, beans, greens, chicken, fish. I drink 3bottles of 16.9 ounces or more of water a day, do a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a bottled water once a day, work out 3times a week HOWEVER I do sip my White Zifandel a few times a week sooo EVERY bit of Positive preventative measures help (lol).

not sure if i replied to this thread, but I take a multivitamin for women under 50 from Target.
I take two pills because it has 7000 IU of vitamin A (besides others) and when I took more than 2, I felt slightly sick.
My nails grew faster after I started taking it.
