I take a multi vitamin, a hair skin and nail vitamins, omega and cla(both in liquid form) and also potasium...but the potasium is only before I work out so I wont itch......LOL

Simply Hair Growth Vitamins (one month supply) done.

Hairfinity Vitamins (2 month supply) 1st bottle done.

but ive gotten thiicker hair frm taking Simply Hair Growth Vitamins..
(even though their website is bogus &cheap looking as hell.. my computer spotted a TrojanConfused

so id recommend buying Hairfinity(=

TIP: try to go without trimming yur ends alot when taking vitamins.. otherwise yu wont see the best results and itll feel like a waist of tiime >_<

evening primrose oil - it helps with period pains! i used to have the WORST period pains and i started taking EPO. It has helped sooo much.

i take queen's Delight ---Royal jelly/propolis/bee pollen its great for my every day positive, energy and wieght maintance. LOL

i used to be on the ball with biotin but i fell off. once i get chlorella though, i'm done with all vitamins.

I know I replied earlier but since then I made some changes.  To date I take a liquid Vitamin B complex blend and that stuff really helps with my energy levels and to a lesser extent my skin is slowly improving.  I also take a Vitamin D pill to strengthen my immune system and help with maintaining bone density.  The latter maybe futile for me since I am nearing the age where bone density is pretty much a done deal.

I use a B12 for energy, Cod liver oil pill for my immune system,and a vitamin for my Adrenaline and Stress. I occasionally take prenatal vitamins because I have low iron,and it helps my hair grow. I need to add potassium to my cabinet soon....

I take a Hair, Nails, Skin vitamin "set" by Nature Valley (I think...)
I take three of those a day. I'm supposed to spread them out but I just take them all together in the morning after breakfast

A multi-cap, plus magnesium and calcium, and folic acid. I had also been eating a lot of salmon and my hair grew about an inch. Next I'm going to try those nioxin vitamins and see if i can get a bit more browth or fullness.

Carlson's Liquid Cod Liver Oil Lemon- 1 spoon a day; it doesn't taste fishy at all. It helps keep my skin clear and it's an anti inflammatory among other things

Florell Probiotic Formula- I only take these occasionally

not sure if i replied to this thread, but I take a multivitamin for women under 50 from Target.
I take two pills because it has 7000 IU of vitamin A (besides others) and when I took more than 2, I felt slightly sick.
My nails grew faster after I started taking it.
