I found a good moisturizer for oily skin..I found it at Sally's Beauty Store.

It is called Purist Naturals oil control citrus moisturizer. It works good now..but the true test will come in the summer time. I have another product that i will use then.

I used to have really oily skin, I use to hate how my make up looked but when I started drinking lots of water and using natural products my face got a lot better. Black soap will get rid of oily skin for real.

Dairy products, well one from big farm conglomerates are full of hormones that wrecks havoc on the human body.  It is said that it allegedly contributes the formation of acne, diabetes, arthritis, and who knows what else.  I stopped drinking and consuming dairy because I just lost the taste for it and I wanted to see if my cystic acne will go away.  Not advocating for folks to stop consuming dairy BTW.  If you like it, keep eating and drinking it.  I have no vested interesting in dairy one way or another.

A good moisturizer:
Effaclar K, from La Roche Posay. It works really well and it regulates sebum production

African Black Soap didn't work for me either. If anything, it made my skin worse. I bought like a 2 lbs. tub of that stuff and can't use it.

Oily skin is shine, thick and dull coloured. It may lead to blackheads. The oil oozes and gives the skin a greasy shine. Taking the proper steps and using the best products and medications will help in  avoiding the oily skin. Black soap only works for 2 hours at the max for me. I keep a sponge in my purse to try to deal with it, but it only does so much. I love dairy products, I go through milk like I have a baby and I love cheese too.

Your probably just going through a stage. just take some clean dry tissues or grab your personal towel and pat your entire face every 2-5hrs. dont wash your face with water too often or your skin will get dry and even more oily.

Ok

The oily products I swear by are Monistat anti chafing gel, Queen Helene mint julep mask and now Queen Helene cleansing cream. I was using baby wash as my cleanser but this is soooo much better for my skin. It's a cold cream which is very oily. The baby wash was stripping my skin and giving me dry patches. The oil in the cleanser moisturizes my skin and keeps the oilies to a minimum.

Aloe Vera works really well.  U can use to gel part from the actual plant and rub on your face and leave on for an hour or two than wash off.  Use it a couple times per week and it works wonders.

I've been doing this nightly, and it must say, it does work at combating the oiliness.

I just hope that my skin doesn't become immune to it and the ACV becomes less effective. That's what happened to me with using tea tree oil :(

So my skin is extremely oily. I could put makeup on at 7o'clock am and by 12 it looks like you could fry chicken on my face.  I went to the derm and he gave me OC EIGHT (Blue and white tube)...OMG IT IS GREAT...and not that expensive.  My makeup looks fresh throughout the ENTIRE DAY. NO LIE. I may have to touch up a little around 5ish  but I recommend it to anyone with oily skin who wears makeup....I think you can get it online too.

I am currently using argan oil and it seems like my face is less oily.  But granted it is winter in my section of the world so I will see how it works out come summer.  I also bought Nubian Heritage African Black soap and so far I am digging it.  Again the true test comes in summer.  But I am learning that with every new product I purchase for my face, I must take it slow and not do too much with my face.

I recommend to you hommade masks for oily skin. Especially with cucumber and lemon. Here you can find tips, how to preper it:   http://remedies-for-oily-skin.blogspot.com/2014/05atural-and-more-remedies-for-oily-skin - http://remedies-for-oily-skin.blogspot.com/2014/05atural-and-more-remedies-for-oily-skin. Moreover, you have to remember about diet. People with oily skin should not - for example - eat fatty meats.

This is one of my faves.  I use this quite often.  Why not give it a try... it's a facial steam recipe:

1 qt water
5 drops of one of these (lemongrass, sage, spike lavender or basil)
handful of herbs such as red clover flowers or rosemary leaves

Steep your herbs covered for up to 10 minutes, add your essential oils, cover your head with a towel and stem for up to 10 minutes.
You can also use the cooled herbal water to rinse your face.

People with oily skin are recommended to wash the face twice a day in order to remove impurities like dirt or dust which are the common reason of thriving acne.

For Oily skin I personally use Dermpura a clinically proven facial cleanser which helps to get rid from oily face and gives soft and nourishing skin. You may try this.
