Hey healthymomma, How is it going? I'm revving things back up today after being horrible on my vacay. I still haven't been able to work up the nerve to do the cold shower thing

I was suppose to start today but I couldnt do it correctly because I went shopping for the food today..I am starting tomorrow. try the cold shower i have set up the free website for the diet just havent did all the prelim stuff. I will post it tomorrow. I was bad over the holiday

In the morning I will see how much weight I have lost I know I havent lost 10lbs though. I cant wait I will post pics and weight tomorrow here and on my blog

like I thought I havent lost any more weight I am 202.2 now I was 202.6 the other day. I am kinda sad.

The right side is me @ 205.4 and the left is today @ 202.2...cant tell a diff
