Yeeeea can't lie I expected some other kind of after photo. But then looking at her preggy picture I was wondering if she looked any different pre-preggy anyway...

2 weeks postpartum? she looks good.  she looks pretty firm and her stomach is pretty flat.  I have seen much worst.

Lifting light and daily moderate exercise is fine IMO. My sis is a fitness instructor and she slowed down durin preg, but stayed fit and healthy
