I think James has said he goes to Deion's church. I always wondered if that's why he gets so hype in the Deion/Pilar threads.

I used to be a Deion fan, but after his second failed and messy marriage one can only wonder if he is the root cause. He really shouldn't be up in the church as some example. I am not saying Pilar is right or telling the truth, but Deion really needs to find a way to keep his family business out of the public eye. Doing wrong doesn't make one beyond redemption (please see Michael Irving and Michael Strahan) but Deion seems to be involved in some cheating, divorce, and custody scandals repeatedly. He needs some help.

i think they're both equally guilty.
i also don't buy anyone who lives an openly opulent lifestyle...steady flossin but claims to be a man of God. never believed, never gon start believing it. you can have wealth but the way he displays himself in public and on tv rubs me the wrong way.

Yes. I grew up in Dallas, and everyone in Dallas LOVED Deion. He was a regular member of the Potter's House (TD Jakes church). He gave his life to God there and everything, but Deion never changed after that. He was the same flashy "Primetime." Part of me thinks it was all a show so that people wouldn't think about how dirty his did his first wife, so he could start over with a new wife and a new "family man" image. It worked, but I still think he is a cheating, greedy, misogynist. I still wish all involved parties the best.
