Choking back tears, Bay continued to describe her last shoot, filmed at a public bar in San Francisco for Kink.com.

"There were up to 50 people in the room with us. And we were laying on top of them. And they were touching inappropriately," Bay said. "It all happened so fast. I didn’t realize how unsafe it was until I saw the pictures ... You're on a whole other level when you're doing something so extreme."

Bay told HuffPost last week that condoms were available, but not required at the shoot. She said she didn't think she needed to use a condom because her male costar had recently tested negative for sexually transmitted diseases, and she left the choice up to him. Kink.com confirmed to HuffPost that Bay was offered a condom, but it was not used.

PICS performer Patrick Stone told reporters he was asked to perform in a shoot even after he tested positive for HIV. He said he was told he was HIV-positive in an email on Sept. 10 from Performer Availability Screening Services, which handles STD testing for the industry. Stone said he never got a follow-up call or email from PASS, or from his employer Kink.com, to discuss the results or schedule follow-up testing. Instead, he got an email from Kink.com two days later inquiring about scheduling a shoot this week, he said.

Since then, Stone has taken two additional tests that he said show him as HIV-negative. He said he's awaiting results from a fourth and final test.

I really don't want to know what his idea of a crazy lifestyle is.

I kind of sympathize with her, because I'm familiar with those kink shoots, and unless you're (the performer) is heavy into BDSM/humiliation, I imagine that things could get real real, real fast. And if pornstars in "regular" scenes sometimes feel like it's unsafe for them to say "no" or "stop," that feeling has got to be magnified by 100 in a scene like that.

However, as a PICS star, she should always have her sexual health in mind. She should always insist her co-stars use condoms, especially in a scene like that where she runs the risk of "accidentally" fcking several more people. I just looked it up, and the most she could've made that night was $1300, not nearly enough to compensate for the damage done.

And Kink is based out of SF, so I'm sure they've come across more than one performer who was HIV positive. Hell, even if they were based anywhere else, I'm sure they've worked with performers who were HIV positive.

I'm confused as to what was going on

A 50 person pile up?

Getting touched?

I guess doing PICS got too real for her

Now, see...I don't get this. These people aren't given an outline of what they will be doing? No script? If this is really what goes on..that is beyond sheisty. If she agrees to fukk one guy on camera..it is not ok for 50 more to be added without her knowledge.

Bleeding penis??

That is downright disgusting. Its really hard to feel sorry for her. Its sad she has to live with this disease because of poor choices/ judgement but she knew the risks. She should have used condoms and made a little less money rather than risk her life for a few extra dollars.
