it just seems to me that from a career perspective people have forgiven, he was just nominated for a Grammy. What more could he ask other than for people to forget? That's simply not going to happen. I was just watching Unsung about how Lou Rawls beat his wife too, like 30 years ago. Any bio about chris will do the same. This is his history, He's damaged goods.

It's the history of many men in the industry, yet treated differently. Why, idk.

I am sympathetic toward Rhianna to an extent but I am slowly losing respect for her. I will not even go into detail about her insulting rants and insults to followers on instagram and twitter. Personally, I find her move to allow Chris Brown to be back into her life is not only dumb but exceedingly selfish. She is one of the few black celebs that is not only a trendsetter but also a role model for young black women ESPECIALLY caribbean. Did she even think of the message that she is sending by her making such a decision?
She is human. I understand but as a celebrity you must take a stand for something even if it means sacraficing a small part of her personal life. It has been 4 years and she is Rhianna....she really could not have taken a stand and tried to enter other relationships........she could not try to get counseling.
She seems like just a wreckless don't care kind of woman and I find her pathetic.

TBH if CB tried to change and get help for his condition then I would not bring the situation up again. But he didn't he just kept saying "I'm not a monster"  so wth is he a animal. I do believe he wasn't raised right and this contributed to him, subconsciously thinking beating a woman is okay. But, I'm not a fan of the whole lets sweep it under a rug crew, or yall still talking bout this crew.. Is Ike turner still not considered a woman beater? Is R kelly still not considered a child molester? To me it is the reaction that counts more after the action was taken place IJS

I really think people put to much emphasis on their situation. They've found a resolution and want to move on. There are women getting their ass whipped in every city and on this very board that could use your concern. If you are really concerned.
