permanent lip liner ... does that mean a line around your lips? why would someone do that?
I fill in all of my lip with lip pencil and it lasts all day ... that isn't too much work for me, for me to get it done permanently
but I understand if your lip is pale, mine are too, some colors don't on my bottom lip unless I use a brown pencil

I have pinkish red lips naturally but I would definitely do the eyebrows. I hate waking up without eyebrows, my mom and I both want to have it done.

IKR eyebrows really make your face, I want to go swimming and come out with eyebrows, I want to step out the shower and raise my brow seductively dammit!

My sister-in law is a cosmetic surgeon however she's only been practicing for a year.  She's trying to get the entire family with some sort of procedure--trying to turn us into the Jacksons.

i say go for it if it makes you happy. my mother had permanent eyebrows done a few years back, one of the wisest decisions she's ever made, tbh. her confidence shot through the roof after she got them done.

I would think that you could wear whatever shade of lipstick you like over the tattooed lip color with no problem. Just like ppl with naturally red or darker lips. So you're not technically stuck with only the tattooed lip color.

If you really want it do it..Just pick a soft natural color, you can always throw a bolder shade over it..
