If you're bald, what can you do other than let it grow back

You'll just have to let it grow back naturally. Biosil will help. But you must pick your chemical. Relaxer or color. Putting a rinse or even demi-permanent is ok on relaxed hair but never bleach or permanent color.

Relaxing bleached hair is one of the worst things you can do! So bad, that there is a warning for it not to be used on bleached hair .  It melts into a gross mush, breaks off and there is no repairing it at all. Whatever  bleached hair that did not instantly break off, needs to be  chopped off. Consider this a lesson learned, and a fresh start.

Gosh I am so sorry to hear this. You must pick one poison. If you like bleached hair, go natural and flat iron on occasion.  An even better option is to go natural and just use High lift blue or blue violet
blonde tints and not bleach at all.
Good luck pampering your hair this time!

I learned a long time ago that if I didn't want to be natural I had to choose my chemical of choice.  If I were you I would just start over.  Natural, moisture, seal, hair vitamins....just back to the basics.  Look at it as a fresh start
