i rec my periactin on monday and i took 1 pill the first day... didnt see a diff in my app... so i started taking 3 a day tue.. still did change my app.. im feelin lk i wasted my money

I feel the exact same way, but now, I realize that I don't even need the pill. I know it might be tough, but start back counting your calories and try the heavy cream shakes. The heavy cream really isn't bad at all too me.

Can you give your body AT LEAST 2-3 weeks to feel the effects before reporting back

missed my package  , they should redeliver tomorrow. gives me time to get my ensure+ and protein shakes. I should be able to start everything by Sunday, workouts included.

I don't know whats going on with unitedpharmacies and not accepting credit cards anymore, but I'm hoping to come across another source soon cuz i thought about cb-1 weight gainer but its expensive 50 $ for 1 bottle smh.

You are so right about HC it helps put on weight quickly, I won't rely on them to maintain my weight but it does help out alot...its soo expensive though wish i could find something cheaper.
