for the women that had kids in their early 20s I think its better that way if you really want to climb the ladder, knock em out early so when you become a higher ranking employee they are old enough to be at home by themselves (no draya lol) if you're working late or get caught up at the office...also no 6 week maternity leave to think about

I had a male teacher in high school tell our class something similar to this. He pretty much said that men benefit from marriage more than women.

My Mom has always said that men benefit from marriage more than women. Sometimes I feel like I don't want to be married again. It was a lot of work. But I assume having a very reliable and supportive husband makes a difference. My ex husband loved me and my daughter very much, but he was just not helpful at all with our daughter's daily needs and activities or helped with household duties. Most times I felt like a single mom.
