I received a wig I ordered on Aliexpress today (VOGUE HAIR PRODUCTS) and it's crap. When I ordered, I was told that I could get a refund if I sent it back within 7 days. So I contact the seller to confirm the return address and she's trying to stall by saying she has to go through "the process" with her boss. She won't even confirm the return address for me! I really don't need the stress right now as I'm about to have surgery in a few days and I wanted this thing sent on its way already



So I opened a dispute through PayPal but I'd like to know if their dispute process is up to par. Do they usually side with the customer?

paypal will ask you to send the wig back....if you pay by credit card,just do a charge back.

The problem is I don't know what the right address is. I've asked them if the address on the package is the right one and they have yet to answer me. When I ordered it was VOGUE HAIR PRODUCTS LTD, now I notice on the package that it's a different name. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

These people make me sick. I've been in contact with them since this afternoon and they're giving me bullshyt about how they have to talk to the boss, like they haven't had all day to do that. Their unwillingness to confirm their address is scaring me.

I've spent so much money on bad hair, I'm exhausted and I'm furious. When they want your money, they promise you the moon. Now that I want to return their crap product that doesn't look a damn thing like what they showcased, I get attitude. Uhggggg!!!!

contact your bank or credit card and tell them goods were not as described. let them know you attempted to resolve it amicably, but....

yes let paypal know that goods where not as decribed and they will help you with the rest. and let paypal know that vendor is stalling in order to let time pass stick it through with paypal I find them helpful with resolving issues and getting funds refunded, keep all emails between you and vendor

^^^DO NOT ORDER FROM VOGUE HAIR PRODUCTS (on the package, they're called Top Beauty Wig company). I'm glad I was of help. Their consumer service is good at first because they want to make the sale. But when you want to return items, it deteriorates from there. Last night, the bytch told me to go to sleep!

Thanks to everyone who chimed in. What pisses me off is that I'm gonna have to follow up with Paypal from my bed, as I will be recuperating from surgery when this whole thing could have been settled right then and there

I actually contacted Paypal and they told me not to send it yet. I escalated the situation and they said that the 7 day return rule is no longer enforceable on the vendor's side. They are gonna let me know what to do within the next few days.
