Hell yes! I would never pay anyone through paypal from craigslist..what person buys something without even seeing it first? esp a laptop.

Too many red flags

1. Refuse to call...your hearing impaired? How is that preventing you from calling..they have phones now a days with helping anyone with a disability.

2. 4 week radio therapy? as in radiotherapy for patients with cancer..uhm...why is 4 weeks?


This doesnt make sense

yes that is a scam. it is a classic CL scam. esp. the part to "hold it." no. they're probably gonna pay with a fraudulent echeck

i have however paid for something on CL w/paypal but that was bc it was in Cali and I was the one who asked the seller to ship and they set up an accout
