It depends on the situation. If he is questioning paternity, then I'd leave, swiftly. That's no different than you accusing me of cheating. I don't care what argument is used. I really can't think of a situation that would have me file child support anyway.

ahhh ok i see then.
for me...i wouldn't care because i personally see it as something that should just be. like a routine test to establish identity at birth.
so he wouldn't even have to ask...it would just be something "i" would want to be done. not for the now but for the future...

If I was at the point of no return, this would be exactly how I'd start the break up progress. I'd fight for full custody, no c/s, no alimony, none of that. Whatever he decides to do with his offspring as far as trusts and ish would be on him and I wouldn't want to know about it. I'd make sure that if I did get full custody, I'd move my ass 1000 miles away, if not out the country.

He'd hate me for the rest of his entire life. I used to say I'd give up on my paternal rights, give him the child and walk away. Depends on how bitter I am atm.
