I'm on my 3rd day. I'm 5'10. Starting weight 179. I want to get down to 155 to begin with. Ultimate goal weight is 140.

I took OxyElite Pro a few years ago as part of my weight loss journey. I started at 150 and got down to 122, and I think OxyElite was the main reason I lost weight so fast. I just wouldn't recommend using it for an extended period of time becasue I was noticing some bad side effects after a while. My heart rate was always high and I think it was somehow affecting my blood pressure or something because I would stand up after sitting and get so light headed. I even fainted in my kitchen twice. OxyElite is effective, but I think now I'm going to go for some products that might be a little safer. My friend introduced me to AdvoCare products that I think I'm going to try next since I've gained a little weight back

I went and bought this today. I'm scared of pills what so ever. I've been doing low carb for about 2weeks now and lost about 9-10lbs....but it slowed down to 2lbs for my last weigh in. And that was with me cheating and hardly working out like I did the first week. Knowing me, I'll probably be too chicken to use it. But it seems to have good reviews here and other places online. Maybe I'll start when the weight loss slows down.

It seems this thread/section is semi-dead. I do have an incredible update on this pill. I bit the bullet and tried it. Will update when I see movement here.

This is day 5 on OEP. I decided to try it to see if it'd help in anyway with my weight loss. I've been dieting for a little over 3 weeks now. First few days I tried it, I felt absolutely nothing. No jitters, palpitations, or hyper. I noticed I was able to stay awake longer (took it right before heading for work...nights shift). I followed all the directions. I took it on day 2, right before my work out. I felt like it gave me more endurance.....rather than energy....like an energy reserve minus jitters. I notice since day 2 that I've been working out longer and harder without feeling exhausted as I used to. I'm not sure if it's the pill or if I've gotten better. However, I feel that if this pill helps me at all to lose weight, it would be d/t the fact that I think it helps me workout better. I didn't notice any appetite suppression. I'm on a low carb diet, so I think that's why my appetite has cut down. I started taking the pills twice daily, and still felt on side effects....I feel like my normal self. S/E were my biggest fear since hydroxycut scared the heck out of me about 6-7yrs ago when I tried it for 2 days. I love coffee, so on day 2, I bit the bullet and drank coffee about 3-4 hrs after taking the pill......no jitters still. I drank coffee again a few hours after I started taking it twice, I felt a little bit of palpitations, which only lasted a few minutes. I haven't notice any "extra" weight loss like some of the ladies here were saying. I've been losing pretty much the same as I had been without it, but it's only 5 days (today) I don't regret buying OEP....yet. I think it may have potential. Bottom line: No side effects. I THINK it's helping me workout harder and longer. Will need to take it longer to give a final review. So far, no problems. HTH.
