-Organic 100% hair oils (no specific brand, you can find these pretty much everywhere, Health Food store, GNC, Grocery Store (olive oil usually or more if they have an organic food section)

-Organix (Not 100% organic)

-Curls (not 100% sure, can be found at Sallys, Target - I think, and some other places)

-Karen's Body Beautiful (lists the ingredients under every product)

-Aubrey Organic (Not sure if all products are USDA but have seen sticker on some)

-Simply Organic Beauty (There lip balm has the USDA sticker on it, not sure about hair, but if not, it's probably 95% anyway so still pretty good)

-Terressentials (It's only a wash, but I heard people use it like a Cleansing Cream like Wen meaning you can condition w/ it as well. There are a lot of naturals on youtube who have used this/reviewed it) (This is also USDA)

-Yes To (carrots. You've probably seen this, well I looked them up and they actually make shampoos and conditioners and maybe other hair products, doubt it's 100% though)

-Hair Rules (okay this is not actually organic since it contains panthenol, but it's free of most other crap)

-Tela Beauty Organic (Not sure, but I think it is USDA)

-Kinky-Curly (Sold at whole foods & target, I don't think this is 100%, there should be ingredients on the website)

-Lavera (not 100% organic, but still very good ingredients and practices)

-Green People (It is a UK company, but you can buy it online at beauty bin, not sure if you can find it in stores here)

-John Masters Organics (USDA certified)

-Hamadi Organics (Not 100%)

-gud (it's from Burt's Bees although Burt's Bees already sells hair products, not sure if this is organic though, but burts bees is generally good)

-Dr Bronner (definitely organic)

-The Body Deli (Really Good ingredients. Not 100% organic but close)

-Rahua (expensive and not 100%)

-Dr. Robert Jones (You can find some reviews on saffron rouge. This product is not 100% he lists the ingredients on his website even though he calls it organic)

-Living Nature (New Zealand But can be purchased at Saffron Rouge, although you can also just by it from the living nature website)

-Intelligent Nutrients (USDA Certified)

-Yarok (not sure if it's 100% but ingredients look really good, check out the site if you want)

-Dr. Alkaitis (Not 100% but looks to be mainly)

-Nubian Heritage (They sell this at whole foods, but I'm not sure if it is USDA certified)

There are a lot of products able to claim to be organic, but are not USDA certified. I would look for that, although I do believe somethings can be organic w/o the certification, because I think they normally use the USDA Organic label for food and not hair care products & also because a company might not have got it certified yet (maybe it's new or something Idk), so I'd always read the labels.

Some products that call themselves organic, but aren't are Avalon Organics, Desert Essence, Giovanni, Nature's Gate, EO, & some of the ones I've already listed up there. 

That being said, they're organic enough to claim that they are, and are definitely better than the regular chemical laden stuff, but still, they're not organic. 

Note: In the USA, federal organic legislation defines that products made entirely with certified organic ingredients can be labeled "100% organic." Products made w/ at least 95% organic ingredients can use the word "organic."

I also here, that Europe is more strict on what goes into there hair products than America is, so maybe you can check out some UK sites (and maybe even Australia/NZ they're not EU obviously, but I have organic lotion from there) And of course since these products are not from the USA they will have a different label, not a USDA certified organic label.
