Ummm I wouldn't say this is just older women. I definitely see women of all ages being more interested in being with a woman than with men.
Honestly, it's just personal preference. I DO think that it's often times considered more socially acceptable for a woman to consider dating her own gender versus a man. Just look at how both women and guys respond to the idea of two women together vs how very often straight men get freaked out by the idea of two men together.

I'm sorry, but people aren't last resorts.
If you go out of your sexuality's normality as a last resort, it is not natural, it is an act of desperation. Basically, you're faking the funk in hopes of a happy ending.
If you've suddenly turned into the Danny Phantom of sexuality and "gone gay" because too many dudes treated you like crap, you are not gay.
Now if you've always had a homogenous attraction and can engage in homosexual relations of any kind purely because you want to and not some last ditch effort, wave that rainbow flag, boo.
But gender is not a last resort or a quick fix solution.

I would just date another race before dating women. Yes a lot of the brothers I've dated are sorry to no end, even when I got an older guy. and older to me is 40. But after all the sorriness black men have shown me, it still wouldn't make me want cooch. I'd just be swirling my azz off. I'm really thinking of doing that now tbh.
