keeping it simple is best
i need a lot of moisture, my hair love glycerin and castor oil
I have less breakage with low maintenance styles, protective styles, and limited comb and brush use(use more fingers and fluffing)
my hair also love protein

My hair like to be left alone! Moisturize then leave it alone! no touchy. Protective styles are my absolute bff. For example: This is my hair now. It grown 4 inches since I big chopped! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bO9gDEGqjO0

Chemicals are not for me! After suffering serious breakage 3x with bleach, hair dyes, and most recently a bad perm over the last 4 yrs.. Natural is the way to go!! I'm using weaves, full lace wigs, and growth aids to help with the transition.

I've got a bigger case of hand in head than I orginally though. Being in a protective style for 3 months has made the withdrawal serious. Challenging myself to make good hair decisions by eating right. http://www.youtube.com/user/JadoreNaturality92?feature=watch -
