2) Wear protective styles
3) Deep condition weekly

There's no "one size fits all" model to healthy hair & what works for some may not be what will work for me!

For me, co-washing daily is a MUST!

Oh, and Aussie Moist is definitely the main staple in my journey.

I've spent entirely toooo much money buying products that never worked in my hair. In this journey, I've spent too much money thats what i learned.

I recently learned...
1. it was me that wanted my hair to love protein, even though it was trying to tell me no
2. I hate detangling my hair for more than 5-10 minutes
3. my hair likes to be washed every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, instead of once a week
4. hair does not go by a schedule, you need to do what it's telling you it needs

No more texlaxing
No more daily cowashing- only once or twice a week
No more unnecessary haircuts...I don't like the look of blunt ends
No more dominican salons.  x_x yuck
Deep conditioning once a week is enough.
No more hair drama.
