I am working on 50lbs myself!!  I'm recommitted to the gym starting today but back on HCG.  I am working on unaddicting myself from the sugar (so far so good) and when I'm done with HCG I will follow a low carb lifestyle.   We can do this....... Atkins is good way.

You can really eat MORE if you eat clean..... Dairy can cause negative effects.  Also, eggs too. Everyone is different.

I am still eating low carb, I didn't weigh myself today but I am still sticking to salads and eating fish.  Good luck everyone today, I hope you are successful with your weight loss!!!!

@StylingArabella I had my gallbladder removed in 08 before I started Atkins. I haven't had any issues while being on the diet.

I am still sticking to the low carb eating plan, I am eating salad, eat pork rinds for snacks sometimes and I feel much better eating this way especially at work.  The cafeteria even had stir fry and I had the shrimp stir fry without the rice and it was delicious.  Without eating flour, sugar and potatoes, I have more energy and feel less lethargic.  Good luck today everyone!!!!!

well i've been on this diet since Sept. or Oct. of 2011 i'm not going to stop.. its the only thing that's keeps the weight off..

Hey Ms. Tiki...wasn't there an Atkins thread before filled with your motivation Thumbs Up! That's fantastic to know, thanks! I started 4 days ago. A family vacation is coming up and I refuse to have a muffin top! So far a pound a day! I am keeping it simple and eating meat cooked in butter, broccoli, spinach, asparagus, green onions, cheese and drinking 2-3 32oz bottles of water.

I've found the oddest things make me stall like cream (sour cream, heavy cream, cream cheese), pickles, tomatoes, decaf coffee, lemon juice. Today we cooked steaks for father's day. I just threw my steak on the grill along with green onions. When it was done cooking I put my butter mix on top (anchovies, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and garlic...sounds gross but is SOOOOO GOOD).

I've also found that when I don't tell anyone I'm doing Atkins I have a better chance at succeeding...does anyone else notice this?
