People been petitioning about them basketball chicks for a minute. We want better representations of blacks across all media.
But BET is still different because it's supposed to be the one station on tv that represents us. And all they had was a bunch of ratchet bullsh*t. I want to watch TJ Holmes' show though, if I can ever remember when that sh*t comes on

Stop pretending like yall want to watch nice wholesome shows. Reed Between the Lines was a nice enjoyable family show on BET that I bet no one watched. Personally I prefer ratchetry though.

Wholesome tv still gotta be good quality.
If BET came out with this generation's Fresh Prince, Martin, Living Single, Family Matters, Cosby's, etc. etc. You wouldn't be able to get it off my tv. Ain't nobody trying to see 106 & Park and the BET version of Meet the Browns...
We all like our ratchet fix erry now and then. But the channel dedicated to black people shouldn't provide most of it...
