yes it does look vintage.. thats probably what it is cus i never had a problem with lambskin until i saw that pic. 
i honestly would be happy with either.. but caviar is more durable. lambskin scratches too easily.

yeah i know lambskin is not durable mine needs to be buffedCryLOL


but caviar doesnt look as rich imo.  the black has a grayish cast

i get what you mean epitome.. 
caviar looks sorta grainy.. (like id really want gold hardware for caviar to vamp up the bag)
lambskin looks plush and different.

hmmhmm....black lamb looks best...color caviar is pretty. although lambskin is harder to take care of, i much prefer it to caviar. you just have to get over the idea of scuffs and scratches and just see it as natural.
