She can bun it up, or flat twist the front and let it puff in the back. 

Frankly work hair standards for many jobs don't allow for the carefree look.  I wear mine loose like hers too on my off days--but for my job I want a more conservative appearance.

I know ppl keep saying that she needs to bun it up but it's not that easy for some 4a/bs. I do bun my hair sometimes but it's a fight and then some. With hair that tight, your curls won't even stretch much while wet and not everyone can spare the time or have that type of patience. Personally, I hope she wins the suit. I'm tired of ppl having issues with us wearing our out the way it grows naturally.
