hey ladies, i hope everyone is doing well & hanging in there.  I've been sick (and still am) since Friday so I'm just trying my best to get better.  I've been drinking lots of tea, orange juice, and soup.  I guess I'm going to break down today and get some medicine--I HATE MEDICINE!

ok so I didn't exercise on the weekend because I did a total of 24 hours at work. I got in a 30 mintue workout yesterday on the bike. Today I did not workout. It's midterms and things are getting real busy. Well my internship for school is almost over, so that will give me more exercise time!

Kinda long....just need support here....

On Sunday 11/18 I had a dinner party at my house in the evening for family/friends, it was our Thanksgiving dinner. I burnt some pots
that day...I amazed myself I made a creamy seafood chowder with shrimp, scallops, lobster and orange ruffie. Then followed by seafood pasta - pasta bowties with scallop, shrimp and mussels. Plus a salad....we had lots of cakes, pies oooh my gosh.

I ate and ate, leftovers and all...ate my way back up to 140....
now I'm back down to 138. Okay so today being the actual Thanksgiving....I started a fast as of last night. I'm only
having broth, liquids and such for the next 24 hours.
Yeah....I know on Thanksgiving...but since I had my
dinner on Sunday I'm good right.

Wrong.....today we go to feed the homeless in this large
park in SoCAL....and I'm gonna be surrounded by
mountains of food.....geeezz....I need will power now.
I love going to do this cuz' it truly humbles you and its
done up in such a way that it's so very, very nice.

After doing Thksgvn in the park....I think I'll go workout....keep
my mind off food for tonight.....I guess if I can do this fast
today with all this temptation....then I can wrap my mind
around other things....like doing the marathon in 5 1/2
hours or less.

Aww I hope everyone had a happy thanksgiving!
 

I did better than what I thought I was going to do. Didn't over eat and I had a lot of fruits. So I only lost a pound :( So I need to re examine everything. When I figure out what I need to do I'll let you ladies know...Saturday I did 30 mins of cardio, sun 30 mins cardio and today 20 mins of cardio.  I think I was doing more weights than cardio.

With November almost outta here, I hope you guys have a December Workout Challenge.  I am doing my darndest to get back in the swing of things.
 
I want to lose at least 10 pounds by Christmas.  40 pounds overall. Hopefully my Christmas goal is possible.
 
I am exercising first thing the am and working out at the gym afterwork.
One day of rest a week.

I been out of commission for a little bit with my Fiance surgery and then Thanksgiving.  I ate so may sweets.  I'm back on track now. 
 
Workout yesterday for 30 min of cardio.
 
I have these exercise tapes I got from Walmart for $1.00 and they target on upper body exercise and lower body exercise.  I will use these for my strength training.  Mostly when you do strength training they work the whole body at one time.  These only focuse on the upper and lower and that's what I like..

Hey ladies! I fell off this month -- so much has been going on. I got into a car accident about 2-3 weeks ago and I was depressed for days but no one was hurt and the car has already been fixed, the damage was minor -- the front left side of the bumper. then i been busy with school and work -- the school semester is coming to an end. work has been crazy with the holidays approaching. Thanksgiving I ate to my hearts content. lol. so I finally made it to the gym today 1 hour of cardio. 30 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical. on the treadmill I ran into intervals for 10 minutes. feels so good to be back on track.

Glad to see you weren't hurt and no one else was hurt.  I ate like I was a mad woman the whole time during and after thanksgiving.  I didn't gain a lot of weight either.  All that food I had I didn't good anything fried.

Hey Ladies

Sounds like everyone one is staying on track.

I have been staying the course.  Lasst week i did pretty good with staying active but I was out of control with the eating.  Its like my body said"Eat all you can before she starts starving us again" This weekend I joined a gym so that should solve my issues with boredom.

  So far this week:
Monday- 30 mins cardio
Tues-1hr cardio and 15 mins strenth training
Weds- 30 min cardio
Thurs- going to gym for 1hr of cardo
Fri-?
Sat- 3 mile wallk (weather permitting)

Keep up the good work ladies!
