I think you should accept what you were given. At the end of the day... even if you were to permanently alter yourself with surgery or non surgery, there's still a whole past behind you that you need to convey to whoever you date and you would still pass on those genes to your children potentially if you chose to reproduce. And that opens up a whole new can of worms when they grow up and how they feel about themselves and knowing or not knowing you chose not to accept what was given to you.
