I've Noogled every night this week, started my PM on Monday. I'm getting some awesome swelling after Noogling, but I'm not sure if that's growth or just my normal menstrual swelling. Ahh well, time will tell...

...she is awesome, the promo code didn't work when I ordered mine. I purchased the NB @ full price, then I emailed her, and she applied it with no problem. The difference was applied to my credit card the following day.

Aha!! I was looking for this, I was like how I'ma get the code..
So are all of you ladies using the foam rings or not? I thought about purchasing them too put its an extra 20$ is it needed? cuz if it aint I'm not buying it.

Don't buy them. If you feel discomfort there's plenty of DIY things on the NB forum you could do,but more likely than not...you won't them.

I also wonder why yall be pumping for hours, I sent Lucy an email asking was it safe and she just emailed me back saying::

Hi Victoria and thank you for your email. Our instructions say that an hour a day will give results. There are ladies who use it for longer and as long as the pressure is not too great and they are sensible, then there are rarely any problems. However, this is not necessary to achieve good results.
