I Have worn weaves off and on for over 25 years. I am not a fan of thins weaves either  , but i feel her weaves look like Wigs . I have a family member in detroit that can make your install look like it's growing out of your scalp for $125 .00 and grow your hair . I shared with BHM once . Many made appoinments and fail to show up . Never again lol . I respect your thoughts MimiSoLovely.

Not many are trying to go for the natural look anymore girl. They know everyone knows it's a weave and don't care. LOL

What about with a sewn in invisible part? What's your hair type and what texture of hair are you trying to blend with it?

That lady know she wrong for thinking that part looked neat. She couldve cut it a but more. Those invisible parts just scream look at my scalp. Although wigs scream look at my wig. Man i dunnno throws my hands up in the air.

Thats the idea but you crochet hair on those cornrows. I have very thin hair at the top of my head and have never been able to wear a full weave without a closure. Even with the sliver of hair you can see through my hair and onto the track. I need to give this a try maybe I can finally change up my style and minimize wearing wigs.

I think invisible parts look horrible. Nobody's hair grows out of their scalp like that.
