I am trying to promote more health for my hair, because I recently had some problems.  How do you sleep on your hair at night.. do you wrap it, sleep on a satin pillow case, roll it, what?  I hate to wrap my hair, is it enough to sleep on  a satin pillow case????

I just sleep on a satin pillow case and when there is a need for me to wrap my hair I wrap it with a satin scarf.  But, like you I do not like to wrapping my hair all the time.  I've tried the satin bonnet but I fine that the strands of hair can stick through the bonnet and I'm scared it might cause split ends.  But, anyway it's just fine to sleep on at satin pillow case that's what it's for not to damage your hair.

LOL I'm a little better.  I usualy twist it like a french twist and clip it at the top before I shove on my satin bonnet for the night.

If you don't set your hair in some way before you go to bed you risk breakage. Wrap, Roll, Braid, ect.

No I'm telling you that it doesn't, if your hair is healthy.  I am proof of that.

There are many many nights where I, like weave, simply stuff my hair in my stain cap and crash.
