 glad you all have similar starting weights and goals
according to myfitnesspal i need to eat 1200 cals a day with 30 minutes of exercise in order to lose 1.5 pounds a week by feb 5th ...

myfitnesspal is really good...i need to redownload it my problem was that when i know i didn't eat something good (or too much of something), or didn't exercise enough, i just wouldn't put the data in. eventually i stopped checking it and deleted it  lilaca, do you eat heathy?

The problem is i forget to eat sometimes 
I eat 2 granola bars for breakfast and a yoghurt
Sandwich and crisps for lunch
Dinner- usually pasta or rice with something
I tend to drink 4 glasses of drink/water a day
i don't know if thats healthy , but thats my regular day.... still a student so probably the best my diets gonna get

are crisps chips? yeah it is hard to eat healthy on a student budget, esp. in the caf. maybe think about buying some fruit or something to munch on?
